Visa, MasterCard, & Discover credit cards, business and personal checks are accepted. COD orders carry a $9.00 UPS additional service charge. UPS will no longer accept cash for payment. A check or money order is required. Maine residents must include 5 % sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. Every effort was made to ensure the accuracy of prices and specifications in this catalog, but we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.

Should you wish to order any products via e mail, please do not include any credit card information with your e mail. It is unsecure and subject to fraud etc. etc. The best way to place an order is by telephone or FAX. A secure answering machine is available after hours.

If you are sending a check or money order with your order, and are unsure of the exact shipping charges, please add $ 21.00 per large antenna, (kit or assembled). Element kits without booms require $6.00 shipping charges. Small antennas with 36 or 72" booms and packed in under 60" boxes, will ship for about $11.00 in the continental USA. Some rural areas require an extra surcharge. Should you pay by credit card, we will calculate and attach the actual shipping charges to your order total.    For our part, we will strive to keep antenna prices and shipping costs as low as possible. We continue to provide packaging that stays within the UPS (and other carriers) limits for oversized packages whenever possible.

Antennas are typically shipped with the booms in two or more pieces. Shipment is usually via UPS ground service. 2nd day or overnight delivery can be accommodated at additional charge.

Extensive changes were made in the postal rates in May of 2007, which substantially increased the costs and limited the availability of antenna shipments to Canada, and many countries. There is no more Air Parcel Post service to Canada and boxes are generally limited to around 42" maximum length. Overseas shipments by the Postal Service are now limited to Global Express, Express Mail, and Priority Mail International. The rates are higher than the old Air Parcel Post rate. Due to the increased amount of requests for shipping cost estimates prior to ordering, it has become a serious burden on our day to day operations. We can no longer provide individual quotes for estimated shipping costs prior to your order placement. Directive Systems is a small engineering oriented company. We have no administrative employees, and, as such, It is difficult to keep up with the demand for such quotes. Such information is readily available on the web. See the following websites:
